We come together to honor the past year and prepare to move into the new, through the use of shamanic breath and gentle movement, guided meditation/journeying with shamanic drumming, and deep relaxation with song & other instrumental healing sounds. There will be a brief space for journaling/sharing. We will sing one or two mantras together to close.

We do this for ourselves and for the transformation and healing of our world.
