This is a chance to gather together to experience the deep and powerful effects of intentional sound within group energy. We use our voices and our stillness to cultivate healing within ourselves, and to then project this frequency out to our loved ones and the world.
All voices welcome, no experience necessary. There will be some gentle movement and pranayama (breathing exercises) to help us get into a meditative state.
