In this workshop Circle series you will be guided in the art of tracking [developing your inner sense of awareness] your own habits and self-limiting beliefs, and you will be sweetly challenged to take command of your own destiny with the help of humility and grace. Tools such as specific yoga sets and meditations, talking circle, water and moon ceremonies, medicine wheel mentoring, dancing, body-awareness and tracking will be used. There will be encouragement for you to dive as deeply as you desire. This Circle calls on your courageous heart to triumph and transform all that comes your way into magical forces of Light that benefit the people and the world around you. This work is meant to directly and significantly affect your life; whether it be in your relationships, your work, your health, etc. We will meet four separate times over the course of several months.
