A slower paced class where we stay close to the floor the whole time with no standing postures. We will gently stretch the entire body in a mindful way and increase mobility in the spine & joints. The focus will be on our breath, stillness and getting to know our own body.
Suitable for: all levels - including beginners & elderly, if you have injuries or profound stiffness, decrease stress levels, weight management, increase mobility
