Description
A gentle class, similar to the other gentle flow classes, but with a few more standing positions and breathing exercises to gently wake us up and energise us for the weekend.

These classes will start off slowly and gently, you are allowed to still wear your PJs. We will incorporate some full body stretches to wake up the whole body and get both blood and oxygen moving around our tissues. The class will usually finish with some standing poses to give us a positive start to weekend. There will also be some deep breathing exercises to get our lungs working properly first thing, which you will notice from day one feels amazing.

These classes are perfect for anyone who wants to balance strength and flexibility. Whether you are a morning person or not, these classes will really help you start off the weekend mindfully and energised.

For this class bring your own mat and yoga block (if you don't have your own, email me and I will bring it for you)
