All our classes are multilevel and adapted to the level of each participant 🤗

Description
You will be working on the developing of your strength and flexibility,
Learning how to work with you body in the air. advancing on level of complexity.
having fist floor warm up and workout, activating your muscles, preparing them to use it on the silks.
Once you get to the Silks you will learn different kind of climbs figures and drop, and how to combine them.
the class end with a beautiful relaxation
