Ideal for beginners and those wishing to enjoy a relaxing stress relief yoga class.
Mindfulness is the experience of being aware and connected in the present moment. This class invites us with each breath and each movement to come back to the present. In this space we become aware of all that really matters, the now. We will move slowly and intentionally to downshift the nervous system and come back to our natural state of present centered awareness.

If you've been feeling a bit overwhelmed or disconnected this class is for you. An opportunity to connect to self, in community. Class is open to all levels.
