Join Sonita for the "Release and Renew" workshop.
We'll explore lessons learned in 2021, explore new intentions and resolutions for your spiritual, wellness, career, and recreation goals.
Identity potential obstacles and limitations beginning with baby steps.
We'll end with a visualization exercise seeing ourselves on December 31 2022, having accomplished our new resolutions! 🙏🏼
Proceeds go towards remedial education for a group of students being supported by RISE Life Management Services.
