We will start on time, so please allow enough time to arrive and settle into class.
If you need to change before class, there is access to a bathroom in the main home, please note you may come into contact with my dog, son or husband.
*Bring – Yoga Mat, something to cover your eyes at the end of class.
*Provided – Yoga Blocks, Yoga Blankets, Yoga Bolsters, Tea served after class.
*Wear– Comfortable clothing you can move in and bring something warm like a jumper or socks.
