You Will Need: Mat, 2 bed pillows (or a yoga bolster), 2-3 blankets (or large bath towels), 2 blocks ( or thick cookbooks)  

Nice to have: Socks for warmth, heat pack, something to cover the eyes, a body oil ( olive oil in dish) 

The practice will be a one which interweaves both self massage, Yin and Restorative Yoga practice. 
A space to commune with yourself as we dive deep into the element of water.
