Kesa Gray
Kesa is the owner and head instructor of A "Gray"ceful Touch Yoga. She began her yoga teaching journey in 2020 stemming from a passion of yoga since she was 13 years old. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, Kesa's teaching style is centered on alignment and flexibility. Kesa believes that a hands-on approach to teaching is imperative for the growth of her students therefore, she offers hand-on adjustments during her classes. She also brings a sense of fun to her classes from the music that she chooses to the random laughter, dances, and just all-around fun attitude. Kesa is a firm believer that, though yoga is a serious practice, one can still have fun while expanding their yoga practice as yoga can truly be a practice for everyone no matter their body type, race, or beliefs.
