Kesa Gray
Kesa is the owner and head instructor of A "Gray"ceful Touch Yoga. She began her yoga teaching journey in 2020 stemming from a passion of yoga since she was 13 years old. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, Kesa's teaching style is centered on alignment and flexibility. Kesa believes that a hands-on approach to teaching is imperative for the growth of her students therefore, she offers hand-on adjustments during her classes. She also brings a sense of fun to her classes from the music that she chooses to the random laughter, dances, and just all-around fun attitude. Kesa is a firm believer that, though yoga is a serious practice, one can still have fun while expanding their yoga practice as yoga can truly be a practice for everyone no matter their body type, race, or beliefs.
Description
This class focuses on creating space in the hips and low back. The class will combine strength training with stretching techniques to give an all-around since of mobility. We will have multiple options available to meet you on whatever level you're on.
