A yogi and health care professional trying to find the balance between it all. I started my yoga practice in 2014 and was a flighty practitioner for a few years. It wasn't until I placed myself in an extremely uncomfortable and challenging situation that threatened my well-being, that I regained my motivation to practice. Now a 200hr trained teacher, I have found new peace within myself and with the world around me. Yoga has made me a better friend, co-worker, lover, and person to myself. I see my yoga practice as my protecting shield from the outside world. When I flow, meditate, study, and embody yoga for all it is - I feel more aligned with myself and able to take on the BS from the outside.
