This class is taking place at The Iron Studio, Wellington, AL

This is two classes in one with coffee! Abby from The Iron Studio will create the workout for body weight, weighted, or partner exercises, and I will lead the class. This is the only class that may include weights. Most of her exercises are timed or I’ll let you know how many reps to do. After you have completed a full workout, I will finish the class with yoga to begin the cool down. The yoga portion of class is always slow and stretchy. I’ll slow the heart rate and stretch out your fatigued muscles from class. Class will end with Savasana and coffee!
