Low Back: Relax and Stretch

Bringing awareness to the low back with gentle supine movements. Noticing how the low back feels can help mind-body connect and encourage relaxation. The class is completely on the mat, no standing poses. Seated forward bends at the end of class can be skipped if you experience discomfort (the low back is more loaded in a seated forward bend).
