Description

This class is perfect for complete beginners, those who are coming back to the practice after a period of time - or anyone looking for a deeper stretch and release.

We will spend time working with the breath and gently flowing through sequences together, holding some poses for longer to help release tension and increase mobility. The aim is to build confidence, strength and stability in a supportive environment.

Things to bring with you:
- A yoga mat
- A blanket (the thicker the better)
- Something comfy to wear that doesn't restrict your movement (leggings, joggers or pyjama trousers are perfect!)
- A bottle of water
