Hey yogis, I’m Amy!

Yoga changed my life and I want to help you change yours too! I try to keep my classes light hearted and relaxed as I enjoy teaching both strong and restorative classes, helping students build strength and flexibility, while relieving stress. My classes challenge students but are always delivered from a place of non-judgement. It’s never about how it looks, but how it feels in your body.

With styles from Vinyasa, Hatha, Lunar, Mandala + Yin yoga, there’s a class for everyone. I hold over 400 hours of training and am currently working towards 500+. I have a range of classes throughout the week in the Sedgley and Wolverhampton area. Most are suitable for beginners, so if you have any questions please drop me a message.
