Join us for a special rooftop morning practice with our visiting master yoga teacher Shailendra Singh Negi from Rishikesh, India. This practice session will be 75-90 minutes. Learn ancient yogic techniques for stress-release, mental clarity and inner balance.

Move, breathe and elevate your energy above the city while overlooking the Amsterdam skyline.

This session is a mix of:
✦ Traditional Hatha Yoga, Himalayan Kundalini Kriya, breathwork & meditation
✦ Learn yoga from a yogic master from India with 25+ years of experience
✦ Suitable for all levels – no prior experience in Yoga needed.
✦ Stay afterwards for tea, coffee and connection + Q&A (optional)

After class, you're welcome to stay for tea and a small discussion circle with our teacher Shailendra - an opportunity to connect, reflect and ask questions (optional).
