This Saturday morning class is an ideal class for those who are currently pregnant or are in the postpartum period. This class is the perfect space for you to build in some time and space for yourself with gentle and slower yoga that is easily adjusted for your experiences in pregnancy and postpartum.
If you're experiencing any physical challenges (e.g. pelvic floor pain, sciatica), reach out to me before class and we can discuss modifications.
Fathers are absolutely welcome to join in on this class. That said, bear in mind that the classes are specifically designed to be safe for pregnant bodies and the postpartum period where women's bodies may be recovering from pregnancy still. That said, the benefit of you joining as dad is that you can accompany your pregnant partner, or join in just if you want a more baby-centric class, whatever works.
