Description

This restorative yoga practice will combine gentle breath work, centering meditation, and deep relaxation to restore your nervous system, quiet your mind, and calm your heart.

This specially designed class will utilize blankets, bolsters, blocks, and straps to provide optimal support for your body. Given the gentle nature of this class, dress in layers for warmth. This supported practice can make space for profound restoration and healing.

Yoga props that we will use to have ready are:
-yoga bolster or pillows or couch cushions
-several blankets or large bath towels
-blocks or a stack of books
-strap or belt

A standard yoga bolster is not required to attend however if you do wish to add one to your home studio, my favorite is the Hugger Mugger's standard bolster.

All bodies and levels of experience are welcome to attend.
