With floor-based postures held for 3-5 minutes, you’ll gently stretch and release tension, working along the meridian lines to support energetic flow. This deeply mindful class encourages stillness, relaxation, and meditation, making it ideal for improving flexibility, relieving stress, or aiding sleep. Suitable for all levels, it’s a tranquil space to let go and find your inner calm.
