About Anicca Yoga

Meagan (RYT 200) started her Yoga Teacher Training with the sole intent to deepen her own personal practice, but soon discovered that she wanted to share her passion through teaching.
A scientist at her core, she enjoys learning about the power of the mind-body connection and the proven benefits of yoga and meditation. Meagan's goal is to help everyone incorporate mindfulness into their lives, whether you're a traditional yogi through-and-through, or, like herself, you occasionally yell at your TV watching hockey while enjoying an adult beverage and some junk food.
Anicca Yoga classes are welcoming and accessible for everyone, with straightforward cueing in a "come as you are" environment. They are taught in a style to encourage everyone to trust their bodies and modify as needed.
