These classes are good for those with experience or beginners as I can modify and adapt poses for different levels of experience.

Numbers are limited to maintain social distancing - maximum 6 students. We would also appreciate it if you could perform a lateral flow test in the 24 hours before your class time. This is for reassurance to all in class.

Iyengar yoga emphasises detailed correctness in the poses and develops your awareness and understanding. Key elements are attention to alignment, specific sequencing of postures, the use of props, modifications, and timings.
