About annfeeyoga
I teach the dynamic Jivamuktiyoga method, combining asana sequences, chanting, breath awareness, spiritual teachings, and meditation. Music plays a key role in enhancing the flow of breath and movement. My classes are powerful and dynamic, often challenging, and naturally transition into deep relaxation. The way I teach is influenced by my dance background and respect for individual expression. I teach in English, though Swiss German is my native language.
In addition to my 300-hour Jivamukti Yoga teacher certification I also completed a 200h Vinyasa YTT, and Restorative & Therapeutic YTT. I have 35 years of experience as a teacher of movement and dance. I’ve spent my life being a professional dancer and choreographer. My journey has taken me from Switzerland to London, New York, and back to Zürich. I was first introduced to yoga through meditation at a young age, but it wasn’t until 2011 that I truly connected with the asana practice. Since then, yoga has become a daily part of my life, and I’ve been teaching and sharing Yoga intensly since then. Yoga has had a profound impact on me, and I’m deeply grateful for how it continues to transform my life.
