Hello pregnant ladies!

In today's practice let's find more ease and release the areas that often get tight during pregnancy - the hips, the inner thighs, inner groin, lower back. As the belly gets bigger it also presses all the organs up which can upset the stomach, so we will stretch into the chest as well.

The first half of the practice will be more active while in the second half we will relax into each pose and stretch deeply.

Of course there will be poses that will prepare your body for birth and for the end I've prepared some affirmations for you to feel more confident and ready for labour. See you soon!
