“Solar, Vinyasa Yoga practice”.

In yoga, the sun represents light, warmth, and illumination. In this power yoga class you will ignite these solar qualities throughout the sequence to activate and balance the solar energy in your body, which is the masculine energy in nature (action, movement, the energy that goes from inwards to the outside world, to give instead of receiving).

It will be a dynamic and energetic practice, to build heat, awaken and energize the body, mind and heart.
