This is a traditional yoga practice with some unique variations of our favorite hatha yoga asanas. It is a full body practice which means we will move through a traditional yoga sequence based on standing and seated poses in a mindful way with a big focus on breathing.

It is an all level yoga practice for full body stretch and will be good for anyone who wants to focus on correct alignment, improve their balance, find peace and stability in traditional yoga asanas. That will be easier to achieve with the help of detailed explanation, alignment cuing, modifications and attentive guidance.

Hatha Yoga means basic, easy to follow sequence of poses that have been around for thousands of years. There will be no complicated transitions or too many vinyasa flows. We will only go faster through Sun Salutations to be able to build heat in the body. Therefore this traditional sequence is good for all levels. The speed of this practice will be perfect for getting the alignment and breathing right.
