The 1st Advent Sunday is ahead of us, winter is coming so it is time to slow down and turn inwards. The 1st Advent is associated with Hope, so that's what we will cultivate in today's class.
We want to surrender and let go. For each pose we will have an affirmation which you can repeat internally to yourself and see how the affirmation makes you feel.
