This class is a dynamic yoga practice, designed for all levels with attention on more challenge. Ideally for people who have prior yoga practice.

You will receive the zoom links 30 minutes before class starts.

Please follow the following guidelines to make this online interactive experience seamless:

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the session.

It is best to prepare beforehand by:
1) Setting up your mat that your full body is visible in the screen.
2) Do not eat for at least 2 hours before class.
