This 4 day non residential retreat will be experiential being open to an evolving experience of your body, your creativity in order to come into connection with yourself.

Each day will be unique and will be tailored to the needs of the group. The retreat will be a holistic process, supported by a beautiful vegetarian lunch, gorgeous surroundings and deep physical and emotional work.
