How it all began… Life’s journey often has unexpected twists and turns. My own journey with yoga began amidst the digital landscape. Through an app that showcased both yoga and fitness, I found my way back to a practice I had briefly dipped into on and off before. What fascinates me most about Ashtanga yoga is the harmonious connection between breath and movement. It is a dance in which every breath, every pose, every transition becomes a meditative experience. It is like flowing through a choreographed sequence of movements where breathing and movement merge into a synchronized rhythm. Teaching style The foundations of my journey were laid during my 200-hour training at Yoga Veda in Lucerne, an experience that deepened my passion and commitment to the practice. Currently, I am in the 300-hour AYI® Advanced Training under the inspiring guidance of Barbara Kittel-Holmgren and Dr. Roland Steiner. Each day, each session expands my horizons and deepens my connection to the art of yoga. I invite you to join me on this ongoing journey to learn, grow and discover yourself through the transformative power of yoga. Namaste.
