My name is Andrea.
Ever since I can remember, I have been drawn to questions that lead to a deeper understanding of myself. This interest stems from a desire to understand my place in the world, not from the frameworks imposed on me by others or society, but from my own inner perspective.
For years, I approached this quest in an analytical and rational way, until I came into contact with yoga. Yoga opened up a completely new approach to getting to know myself, and I found that incredibly inspiring.
For me, yoga brings life to life. I see asana yoga as a way to explore our own home – our body – and learn to listen to what it tells us. I see breathing exercises and pranayama as the gateway to our nervous system and understanding our emotions and feelings. And I see meditation as a moment to really ‘come home’, to get to know yourself from the inside out, instead of the other way around. I also bring this approach to my classes. In this way, there is space for each person to choose what resonates the most at that moment when they step onto the mat.

We move through our days, working, striving, doing, without pausing to truly inhale and exhale. Emotions rise and fall, thoughts swirl, and sometimes we find ourselves out of breath, disconnected from the simple rhythm of life within us.

A moment just for you: to pause, to breathe, to soften.
Each Thursday morning, we’ll explore gentle breathwork and traditional pranayama techniques designed to calm the mind, energize the body, and open the heart. You’ll learn how to use your breath as an anchor, both on the mat and in the moments beyond it.
Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, grounded, and deeply connected to your breath, your most natural source of balance and renewal.
