Description
This week we will have a gentle and accessible Chair Yoga practice, with the option of making some asanas a bit more intense than we might be accustomed to.
Using the chair as a prop can help make our movements more mindful and our stretches a little deeper, while stimulating the mind to move with creativity. We'll conclude with Bhramari Pranayama, the humming-bee breath, to help release any tension left and quiet the mind for the evening.
