SPRING EQUINOX Cancelled

Description
The teacher will be on vacation from 07–21 March, during this time the shala is only accessible to those with a Monthly or Yearly Membership.
We do not work with substitute teachers. This is an opportunity to maintain your practice independently—Yoga is something you do for yourself, not for any teacher. Take this time to explore your practice without a watchful eye, applying what we’ve worked on together, for example dropbacks and headstands (do not use the walls, I will find out based on your practice alone, there are no snitches in the shala but there is your body language that will give it away—don’t change anything or do random things that aren’t a part of your usual practice and keep following the Mysore Etiquette)
A dedicated student aligns their breaks with the shala’s schedule, rather than taking them at random. If you choose to step onto your mat, trust in what you’ve learned and enjoy the process.
________
DOORS OPEN 06:25
PLEASE ARRIVE BETWEEN 06:30 AND 07:00
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO COMPLETE YOUR PRACTICE INCL. SAVASANA BY 08:00 / 08:30
Is the 06:30 shift fully booked? If so, please add yourself to the waitlist or sign up for the 08:00 class instead.
This is a guided self-practice class with hands-on adjustments. Please review the Mysore Etiquette on our website before attending.
RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
- Always reserve your spot before coming to class.
- Stay alert for emails; while rare, classes may be cancelled up to 2 hours in advance if there are not enough registrations.
- If you can’t attend, please cancel your reservation at least 2 hours before class begins. Ideally, cancel the night before to give others on the waiting list a chance to join.
- Not showing up after signing up is disrespectful to both the teacher and other practitioners. Please be considerate.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION!
