Private sessions offer individual attention, tailored guidance, and space to deepen personal understanding of the Ashtanga practice.

A private class is perfect if you’re new to Ashtanga, feeling lost or unmotivated in your practice, want guidance while recovering from an injury, or practicing during pregnancy.

While yoga is traditionally practiced on an empty stomach, our noon session means you’ll want a good breakfast earlier in the morning—ideally at least two hours before we begin.
