Please be ready for a timely class start, but understand that the Zoom stream may sometimes be activated up to (but no more than) five minutes after the official class start time though we will always strive for punctuality.

Dress comfortably and have a mat or towel nearby to practice on.

Feel Good Yoga is a medium intensity and semi-dynamic practice with an element of vinyasa flow. This all levels class offers increased stretch time and a holistic experience to leave you feeling great. (1 Hour)

Meet Ayo at the Central Bus Station by 8:20am and WhatsApp her that you are there. She will bring everyone up to the class location or just meet us on the 4th floor and then turn right and follow the signs for the auditorium.

(Access Urban Place by walking into the Central Bus Station lobby, turning left before Aroma to the brown elevator bank and going up to the 4th floor. If you are late/locked out, you can try calling the UP custodian Elisha at 058-7353123, but do make an effort to arrive early in order to be guaranteed entrance.)

Energize your morning and start the week right with this all-levels yoga class tailored just for you.

The class meets at the Saidoff High Rise Building on Yafo in the shaded courtyard around the side of the building. Please arrive a minimum of 5 minutes early so that we can leisurely set up and begin on time.

Pamper yourself with this relaxing, releasing and all around lovely Shabbat themed gentle yoga class.

Supportive poses, stretches and Shabbat themed meditation.

No music/suitable for those who are Shabbat observant as well as those who are not.

The class is called for 9 AM, but more realistically we will meet at the Hostel at 9 AM, decide together whether we prefer to practice on the Garden rooftop or at Safra square in a shaded area and then will probably start the class closer to 9:15 AM.
