Thona graduated from Asia Euro University in Information Technology. She has been practicing yoga since 2016. She has completed yoga teacher training 100 hours at AZAHAR Center. Now she is a junior yoga instructor at AZAHAR center. She like yoga because yoga makes her feel relaxed and calm down.

New to yoga? The Jivamukti Beginner class is a gentle and thorough introduction to Vinyasa yoga. Vinyasa involves moving through a series of poses, or asanas, in a smooth sequence. We go at a slow pace so you can really explore each pose, focusing on coordinating your breath with your movements and aligning your actions with your spiritual intentions. Even if you’ve never tried yoga before, this is a fantastic place to start.
