Sreyneang Nget
Sreyneang is a 300-hour certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher. She also holds a 200-hour certification and Fly Fit yoga certification from Yoga Soul Body Fit, recognized by the UK Yoga Alliance which were supported by AZAHAR Foundation. She was practicing yoga in 2014, followed by daily class practices, immersion workshops, and yoga retreats. Her first interest in Yoga practice is about stress releasing and giving benefits such as good health and comfort.
Description
Fly Fit is yoga with a twist—literally! Using a hammock or yoga swing suspended from the ceiling, you can perform unique poses that aren’t possible on a traditional yoga mat. It’s a blend of yoga, Pilates, aerial arts, and acrobatics, offering a fun and challenging workout.
