Sreynak was born in Phnom Penh. She graduated bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 2018 from the Pannasastra University of Cambodia. Nowadays, Besides working, she spends my weekend joining a yoga teacher training course at AZAHAR Cambodia in Phnom Penh. And she became a teacher of Yoga in 2019. Moreover, sometimes she have spent her weekend cooking and sharing vegan food with the street people around Phnom Penh city for giving chance to those people with new tastes without meeting for promoting peace. Furthermore, she has joint social work as the project coordinator at Takeo province, which sponsors by AZAHAR Cambodia to provide Yoga, English, and many other fields to push those.

Vinyasa is a dynamic yoga style that links movement with breath, creating a flowing rhythm. In this mixed-level class, we follow a sequence of poses connected to our breathing, offering a smooth and balanced practice. It’s perfect if you have some yoga experience and want to deepen your practice and explore a variety of poses.
