Victory (Vic) is very passionate in yoga, gender and peacebuilding, and development works, which she always finds connections between these four key elements. She is a certified teacher in Jivamukti Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Trauma Sensitive Yoga. Inspired by peace and yoga philosophy rooted in the Jivamukti tradition, she brings physical and mental mindfulness and philosophical eloquence to enrich the yoga experience and practice on the mats, which is accessible on all levels. She creates a nourishing and calm yet dynamic environment for you to explore and dive deep into the connections between body, breath and consciousness. Description
Vin Yin Yoga combines the best of two worlds: energizing Vinyasa and calming Yin. The class starts with flowing Vinyasa sequences to awaken the body, build strength, and enhance flexibility. It then transitions into the stillness of Yin yoga, where longer-held postures promote deep relaxation, joint health, and mental clarity. Suitable for all levels, this practice offers a balanced approach to movement and stillness, helping to restore harmony and rejuvenate both body and mind.
