Victory (Vic) is very passionate in yoga, gender and peacebuilding, and development works, which she always finds connections between these four key elements. She is a certified teacher in Jivamukti Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Trauma Sensitive Yoga. Inspired by peace and yoga philosophy rooted in the Jivamukti tradition, she brings physical and mental mindfulness and philosophical eloquence to enrich the yoga experience and practice on the mats, which is accessible on all levels. She creates a nourishing and calm yet dynamic environment for you to explore and dive deep into the connections between body, breath and consciousness. Candlelight Yin is a slow, calming yoga practice held in a softly lit room with candles. Through gentle, passive poses held for several minutes, this class helps release deep tension, improve flexibility, calm the nervous system, and support deep rest.

It is a beautiful evening practice for anyone who wants to slow down, unwind, and return to a quiet sense of balance.
