Met Yogeswari in 2008, while growing up at an orphanage center in Phnom Penh. A few years later, she started on her yoga journey and completed the 200-hour teacher training offered by AZAHAR in 2019. She now works as a receptionist and as a teacher at the AZAHAR Center in Phnom Penh. Yoga has made her life more meaningful, and she hopes that she can support a better quality of life for her students.

Description

New to yoga? Our Vinyasa Beginner class is a gentle introduction to yoga, where simple movements are connected to your breath, bringing balance and calm to your mind and body. Vinyasa means "to place in a special way" in Sanskrit. In this class, we’ll focus on basic yoga poses, each linked to your breathing, creating a continuous and soothing flow. It’s ideal for beginners and those new to yoga.
