Cal is a certified hatha yoga teacher from the UK. He has spent recent years immersed in the study of yoga in India and across South/South East Asia, with a focus on traditional hatha yoga, kriya yoga and meditation.Trained in the Sivananda Ashrams, Cal brings a traditional approach to his classes, practicing with a focus on finding stillness in the mind through concentration, proper breathing and opening the body with long-holding postures.

Description

Hatha is the root of many yoga styles practiced around the world today. When practiced in its original form, it aims to bring the sun (ha) and moon (tha) energies within the body into balance, allowing you to experience life in harmony.

Join Cal for a series of traditional Hatha sessions, and learn to breathe consciously, embody powerful long-held postures, and quiet the mind — all guided by the teachings of the Sivananda yoga lineage.
