Description
In this class, we use yoga postures, breath, and awareness to explore the seven chakras, the body’s ancient energy centers. Each chakra is like a doorway that connects to different parts of your life your body, your feelings, your thoughts, and your spirit.
Through the practice of yoga, we gently activate, cleanse, and balance these centers so that energy (prana) can flow freely. When the chakras are in harmony, you feel calm, strong, clear, and deeply connected within yourself and the world around you.
