Sharath Jois to teach both Full Primary and Intermediate series and had the privilege to assist him for one entire month at the Sharath Yoga Center in Mysore, India on her last trip. Description

This series of classes (3 days a week) is designed for practitioners new to Ashtanga, or existing practitioners who want to refine the foundations of the primary series in a small group setting.
It's higly recommended to attend all 3 classes during the 4 weeks.

At the end of the last week you will be ready to join the saturday led class (guided class with all practitioners) and start a self practice on your own.

Beyond the physical benefits, the Ashtanga method will help you to improve your concentration, your breathing, body awareness, self discipline and much more.

This course is suitable for all levels (Absolutely no previous yoga experience is required) and will be taught by our visiting teacher Natalie Rasmey Devi, an authorized level 2 teacher from the SYC in Mysore India.
