Her life’s work focuses on the profound connections between yoga, peace, and development in the community to foster a more just and harmonious world. For example, her weekly donation-based community classes reflect a deep mission to make yoga accessible for all. With a Master’s degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from Australia and a development consulting background, her approach is holistic and international. New to yoga? Our Vinyasa Beginner class is a gentle introduction to yoga, where simple movements are connected to your breath, bringing balance and calm to your mind and body. Vinyasa means "to place in a special way" in Sanskrit. In this class, we’ll focus on basic yoga poses, each linked to your breathing, creating a continuous and soothing flow. It’s ideal for beginners and those new to yoga.
