Challenge your body and mind with both practices in this class as we combine Pilates and Yoga for a total body workout. Focused on toning the glutes, thighs, and stomach using just you, a mat, and some small props (such as exercise balls or resistance bands) from time to time. You will build core strength and improve your posture so you can stand tall and strong. This low-impact high-energy workout will help increase your fitness level and develop your core strength.
