Description
This class will incorporate a full body workout balanced with upper and lower body exercises. It is designed to increase physical strength through weight-bearing and resistance work. You will learn to engage the core properly while using appropriate breathing techniques. In this class, we will be using body weight and light to medium resistance with bands, dumbbells and kettlebells. We will finish the class with core training and stretching for a complete workout. This B Strong class is perfect for both the beginner and the more seasoned student. We provide a small group environment which allows for hands-on feedback and modifications to allow for everyone to work at their own pace and have fun while getting the work done!
