Description
One hour of pure bliss! Restorative yoga allows your mind and body to slow down, unwind, rejuvenate and heal. It involves very passive postures while using the support of props for the body. The whole concept of restorative yoga is that there is no work involved both physically and mentally. Your teacher will demonstrate each pose for you using all the helpful props in the studio and guide you through a beautiful meditation by candlelight.
