A friendly Yoga Class open to all levels including beginners.
Normally taking place in Brundall Memorial Hall this class will continue on Zoom only until lockdown restrictions are lifted.
If you're new to Zoom your first class is free, otherwise choose what you want to pay, £6, £8 or £10 or buy a 4 week membership allowing unlimited access to all my classes for just £50.
You will receive log-in details by email 30 minutes before class start.
